Directions from the A19 North/South

1. Take the A690 turnoff from the A19 (next to Doxford Park Industrial Estate).

2. At the top of the slip road follow the roundabout until you see the sign pointing you to Sunderland City Centre(A690).

3. Follow this road for approx. 1/4 mile to the roundabout (The Board Inn public house is on the corner of the roundabout).

4. Turn right at this roundabout (B1286 Silksworth Road).

5. Follow this road for approx. 1 1/2 miles to the next roundabout.

6. Go straight over this roundabout (not right, there will be fields on your left hand side).

7. Follow this road for approx. 1/4 mile to the T junction at the bottom of the bank.

8. Turn right and follow this road for approx. 1 mile to the traffic lights. (You will pass over a mini roundabout and past some shops)

9. Turn left at the traffic lights and follow the road down the bank, we are approx. 1/4 mile from the traffic lights on the right hand side of the road.

If you are vaguely familiar with Silksworth we are very close to the "Silksworth Ski-Slope and Sports Complex", we are also approx. 1 mile from "Clays Nursery"
